Abraham Boba is the pseudonym that David Cobas (Vigo, 1975) has used for more than a decade to sign all his works related to music. After a first self-taught stage in which he passed through different cities and musical projects (from rock bands to experimental ones such as the Belmonde duo) he decided to move to Barcelona where he studied piano, composition and arrangements at the Taller de Músics. It is there where he publishes his first solo album, under the name and title of Abraham Boba (2007). In 2008 he moved to Madrid, the year in which he joined Nacho Vegas's band, with whom he recorded four albums and toured extensively in Spain and Latin America. In 2009 he released his second album “La Educación”, which was followed by “Los Días Desierto” (2011). In 2013 he formed the León Benavente group, with which he released two albums: “León Benavente” (Ojo Crístico 2014 award) and “2” (best album of 2016 for El País and ABC) and went on an almost uninterrupted tour that reaches our days. days.
